[Clockwork Beats]

Hm..

I like the sound of the track - the quality as well. The drums are so repetitive though. You need some variation in that main drum loop you use. I dug the panning with the drums towards the end. You've got some rad basslines going here, too. Loops pretty cool, too. Very upbeat, jazzy, hip-hopish. Sort of reminds me of this particular track from Samurai Champloo - if I was to liken it to anything. Can't recall the name of the specific track, however.

Dig the 8-bit melody a lot. Interesting melody. I'd like to hear this finished up! Pretty intense track that gets right into it from the get go. The little let down 'round :40 is great.

cool stuff, man. Shame its not finished - but you're on the right track - hope this gives you some push to finish!

good space

excellent space with this arping synths. Dig for sure. Its nice to see some variations in the drums too - however, they get a bit repetitive towards the last half of the track. I'd like to hear you switch them up a bit more, specifically with the snare. Maybe add some sort of ride in there, too. The melodies are great however, and you've got some nice layers.

1:06+ is the best, man. Really killer. I'd love if that continued on a bit more.

Pretty nice. Got some big-ass dirty bass going on. Which I can dig. Would love to hear some sort of melodies in the back of all this. Not quite sure what I'd like to hear when it comes to that - but something light and airy over time of all the grime would be interesting I think.

Excellent Track. So chill. I really enjoyed this. The drums and melody where superb. I'd like to hear some rides in this at some point - high passed out and on each 1/2 beat?. Specifically 'round 2:32 when the beat comes back.

the beat 'round 1:47 is fantastic. Love the triple kick. Again, I'd like to hear a bit more with an open hat? two of them right after the hat - one of the open's landing with the snare. (Just to make it a bit more interesting - the over all sound and structure - and a bit more intense, even)

Name of the track caught my eye. Autechre is a great duo. I dig the vibe in this track. Simply-complex. If I can use an oxymoron. I wouldn't mind hearing some of the high's turned up a bit more in the EQ, personally. It sounds slightly weighted down or muffled with a more low and middle end of the spectrum. It's nothing much, I'd just like to hear the change. It's fine as is for the most part, however. I don't want to say this, but, there are very few artists on NG doing this sort of thing. If you're up for it, your ears may fancy my glitchy variety.

How I love using it myself. It sounds nice; non-melody-wise. A peaceful arrangement quite naturally. Loops fairly nice, even. Oh, Mr. Johann, I cannot drop any points for the melody. I suppose I have to drop off some points for an unoriginal work, though?

Not bad

The drums are very stock and don't sound very good at all. (to me). Killed it for me.

Everything else, harmonica, guitar, vibra-slap, great.

Yea I improved them in Gunslinger's Requiem II . Check that one out for a much better version of this style.
